Performance Management

The management of employee performance is central to an organisation's performance. Organisations need to be able to measure employee performance against the expectations required of the strategic plan. ERMLive performance management is centred on measurement and on the premise you can't manage what you can't measure.

Measurement in Context

By integrating performance management with ERMLive position management, organisations are able to assess the employee's performance in the context of the specific requirements of the role, or when integrated with succession planning, the employees aspirational role. Expected performance can be maintained per role, so that as performance is assessed the organisation has complete visibility of any gaps between desired and actual performance. Detailed reporting enables organisations to take proactive steps to address any weakness, and to address developmental actions.

ERMLive provides flexibility to utilise many assessment models, for example assessment can include but is not limited to objectives, competence, behaviours, values and key performance indicators.

Multiple Assessors (360 degree)

Multiple assessors can be defined for any assessment, using a 360° feedback model.

Personal Performance Agreements

ERMLive captures individual performance agreements, which are typically negotiated with the employee on a periodic basis. These agreements provide for specific outcomes, including project-based activities.

Personal Development Plans

As a result of a performance assessment, or review of an individual's performance agreement areas of development for employees can be identified and recorded. The personal development plan can be monitored throughout the year by the employee and the manager, and is integrated with course management where development will be assisted by specific training activities.

Reporting & Scheduling

All performance data is captured and performance reviews can be automatically scheduled and updated seamlessly within Outlook calendars. Simple standard or tailored reports are automatically generated in familiar, user friendly formats such as Excel providing managers with the tools to effectively manage performance.
